Months 2–3: Accountability + Adjustment
- 4 x 45-Min Coaching Sessions (Fortnightly)
Focused follow-ups to keep you accountable, adjust the plan, and solve problems live. - Email Access for Quick Fire Questions
Between calls, you can fire through quick clarifications (because speed matters). - 1 Final Wrap-Up Session (45 mins)
Review outcomes, set direction, and decide if you need ongoing support or you’re good to fly solo.

We Start Here:
Then during our time together through the Backbone Build quarter, we can decide if you would like to continue working with Brydon, and include your accounting requirements. The fee for that starts at $2200 p.a. but includes additional monthly checkins to ensure you’re keeping on top of those things we focused on to maintain momentum as your business takes flight.
And Then…
You can opt in to continue with the Better Business Stack. You may decide to just progress forward as is, but schedule an updated Backbone Build Program for next year.

Extending on from the Backbone Build Program, we’ll keep working together for the rest of the year, embedding new habits, new systems, and new results for your business.

This is a continuation of the Backbone Build program, where you get to keep working with Brydon on your business:
- Monthly 90 minute sessions – focused on strategy and implemenation, accountability and accessability.
- Supportive emails as needed, and up to eight minute long calls if required too.
- $500 per month – for 9 months renewable terms until you and I agree to reset, update, or alter that arrangement.
